Dr. Bartels utilizes an ultrahigh radiofrequency instrument (Ellman Surgitron) to shave benign facial raised lesions, moles, ablate facial telangiectasias or spider veins with minimal trauma, recovery time or cutaneous demarcation. Incisions and suturing are not necessary when using the fine wire electrodes of various shapes.
